Delete your account

You can delete your Fayren Task account at any time from inside the game (PC, Android or browser). The request is handled automatically by the server.

How to request deletion

1. Open the game (the app on your phone/PC or the game in your browser) and sign in.
2. Pick a character and enter the world.
3. Open Options (gear icon) → Account tab → Delete account.
4. Read the notice, type DELETE in the confirmation field and confirm.

The account is deleted 7 days after the request. Until then it keeps working and you can change your mind: the character selection screen shows the date with a Cancel deletion button (the same button is also in Options → Account).

What is deleted

• All characters and their progress (level, quests, achievements, Battle Pass, arena, guild).
• Items, cosmetics, storage, Cash Bag, FAY balance and VIP. Purchases are not refunded.
• Chat and private messages, friends list and mail.
• The link to your Google sign-in. After deletion, the same Google account can create a brand-new account.

If you lead a guild, leadership passes to another member; if you are the only member, the guild is disbanded. Active market listings are removed together with the account.

What is kept (without your name)

• Payment records: kept for tax/legal obligations, unlinked from the account (they no longer identify the player).
• Internal game-economy records (for example, market sales), also unlinked from the account.

Can't sign in?

Request deletion on our Discord server (support channel). We will confirm the account is yours before deleting it. Never send passwords or payment details in a message.
